An entrepreneurial journey

The TU/e Contest consists of several milestones between Tuesday 20 February and Thursday 20 June. Below you can find more information about the upcoming events. All participants need to attend these events to gain access to the Student Innovation Summit.

It is no longer possible to register for the TU/e Contest 2024. In case you were not able to join, we warmly invite you to join the Student Innovation Summit on Thursday 20 June 2024. On this day, you can support this year's participants while they pitch their concepts during the finals. There will also be workshops for all TU/e students, and you get the chance to network.

Kick-off Nights

TU/e innovation Space (Matrix)

This kick-off will help participants to hit the road running. An intensive (and fun!) program which will introduce the contest program and necessary tools, giving the teams an introduction of the support they will get during and after the contest.

Feedback session sprint #1

Neuron
16:30 - 19:00
In this session the participants focus on their problem statement. They identify the problem they are trying to solve and select a clear target group.

18-04

Feedback session sprint #2

The Gate (Alpha)
16:30 - 19:00
The participants demonstrate how their solution addresses the problem, and align with their end-users’ priorities, following the identification stage.

Meet & Greet Partner-event

After two sprint sessions it’s time to share and get feedback. The Meet & Greet Event is the first real-life opportunity for participants to introduce themselves and their ideas to TU/e Contest partners from the Brainport-region.

Feedback session sprint #3

The goal of this sessions is to develop the section explaining how the participants will seize the identified opportunity, and sustain their project after the TU/e contest.

The TU/e Contest journey ends with the Student Innovation Summit! Here the finals take place and the jury decides who the three winners of the TU/e Contest 2024 are.

Moreover, the Summit serves as a gathering for all students, regardless of involvement in student teams or startups, to celebrate student innovation and entrepreneurship.
