The mission of this 2-year honors project is to bring the prefabricated module to the market in a few years and so to improve the construction industry.
The Challenge
The problem we are solving is "the time consuming construction industry". The labour intensiveness makes it time consuming, and thus costly. Two side effects we are trying to tackle is the low quality and the unsustainability
The Solution
Plug&Play prefab module containing water and electricity amenities like bathroom, kitchen, and technical room.
